Looking for my Niche!

Now that the Christmas crafting is slowing down i am starting to look for other ideas. Its really hard to have a brilliant idea that no one else has thought of and even if you do, you shortly discover why that idea was not expanded on.
However im going to be working on some spring ideas and easter projects soon there will be no stopping me! x

Last Craft Fair of the Year

 Well its only 9 days to Christmas Day, my favourite day of the whole year. I have done my last craft fair, with my dear friend, and now I shall be counting down the hours till we get to see our little childrens faces all aglow on xmas morning....or all grumpy after a massive chocolate high and not enough sleep! Also my husband is treating me to a sewing machine for christmas, so hopefully i will be whizzing creations up on that in no time!Heres some of my hand stitched projects i was selling at this years craft fairs.......

Lovely Sunday!!!!

Yesterday was a lovely day i didnt want it to end...both the children behaved beautifully and i had a visit from my sister and her boyfriend. I also got to spend time relaxing with a nice glass of wine and work on my latest project which is bunting for my little girls bedroom.
My last project is now finished! Just looking for a lovely cow bell to go on the end!


String of Hearts

I had a GAP year...or two!!!!

I havent wrote on this blog for absolute ages!!!! One reason is i simply havent had the time, energy or inclination to be honest.
We moved house because we found out i was pregnant and it was a keeper!!!! I was sooooo over the moon to find out after a scan at 4 1/2, 5 and 8 1/2 weeks then a lovely healthy one at 12 weeks i was going to have to expand my family home. 6 months later......full of decorating and organising, my beautiful baby girl Isabella was born in a very quick labour of an hour and a half and at a comfortable 6lb 8 1/2oz. She is absolutely adorable and her big brother loves her dearly.
So now she is 17 months old!!!. finally i get to have a few moments of time out, we have had some ups and downs with her bless her heart, she had reflux, colic and ended up in hospital a few times with broncoilitus and HIB.
Now my little family is complete and im trying to find ways to get back into the 'ole job malarky' again, which is hard as i dont have a clue what i want to do. So for now im writing again and stitching and baking...call me a housewife of the 50s if you will!
